Observatory Park, also known as University Park, is a 200-acre arboretum located fifteen minutes southeast of Downtown Denver. It's mature tree-lined streets and historic homes coupled with its central location and access to public transportation, make this a popular neighborhood for all ages. Biking to Downtown Denver is also popular with direct access to Cherry Creek and Platte River trails.
